You'll join a video call directly through MeetAPro—no external links needed. During the session, you'll have access to built-in tools like a code editor and whiteboard to simulate a real interview experience. Afterward, you'll receive detailed feedback and a scorecard highlighting your strengths and areas for improvement. You can also review the full session replay anytime on your completed reservation page.


We verify our interviewers by cross-checking one or more of the following: a company email, a copy of their company ID badge, or a verified LinkedIn profile. Interviewers who have completed this verification process are marked with a blue badge on their profile. If an interviewer does not have this badge, they have not yet been verified.


You can review the recording of your recent mock interview by visiting your completed reservation page and using the replay button. If a codepad or whiteboard was used during the session, those will be replayed alongside the video. Recordings are confidential and only accessible to you and the interviewer.


For privacy reasons, interviewers are not required to turn on their cameras. If having the camera on is important to you, we recommend reaching out to the provider in advance to confirm whether they're comfortable doing so.


You may contact your interviewer directly to request an extension of the expiration window. Extensions are granted at the provider's discretion.


Reviews can only be submitted within a limited time window after your session. If the option has expired, feel free to contact our support team. We may be able to assist or record your review manually.

Yes, if your interviewer cancels the scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are typically processed automatically and should appear in your account within a few business days.


Yes, if the interviewer reschedules your session to a time that is unsuitable for you — especially on short notice — you are entitled to a full refund if you choose to cancel. You won't be charged in this case.


If your interviewer fails to attend the scheduled session without prior notice, you will receive a full refund. Our system will automatically recognize the no-show, or you can report it to our support team to ensure your refund is processed promptly.


When you make a booking, your payment is only authorized — not charged — until the interviewer accepts. If they don't respond within 48 hours, the booking will be automatically cancelled and the authorization will be released. No action is needed on your part.


Yes, you may cancel your service package at any time. Any unused sessions will be automatically refunded. However, the service fee is non-refundable in this case.


If you are late and the session is cancelled as a result, you will be charged a 25% fee of the listing price, along with the service fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.


Yes, if your session was cancelled, your coupon will be automatically refunded and can be used again for a future booking.


For Interviewers & Professionals

Yes, you can hide your current employer or use a nickname on your public profile. For trust and safety, we still verify your background internally to confirm you work at the listed employer and the relevant interview experience.


No, all uploaded documents and information are confidential and solely used for verification purposes.


To switch your listed company, go to your account page and edit your personal information. You can add the new workplace as a new work history entry and set it as your current company. It will then be shown on your profile.


If you believe a rating or comment is unfair, please contact our support team with the details. We take such reports seriously and will review the case carefully. Feedback that contains false information, personal attacks, or discriminatory remarks violates our guidelines and may be removed. However, we do not remove reviews solely due to differences in opinion or negative experiences. Honest feedback — even when critical — plays a vital role in maintaining a transparent and trustworthy platform. If you disagree with a review, you're welcome to post a public response to share your perspective.


MeetAPro syncs with your connected Google or Microsoft calendars and blocks off all existing events — regardless of whether they're marked as 'busy' or not. If you have any event on your calendar (even as free or tentative), it will block that time on MeetAPro. Also, check your Meeting settings for Booking Notice Period and Max Meetings per Week, which can limit your availability.


If the interviewee hasn't joined after 10 minutes, you can cancel the meeting and leave. You'll receive 25% of the listing price as a no-show fee. If you don't cancel, you can reschedule the session after the original meeting time ends.


Your payout becomes available for withdrawal 15 days after a reservation is completed. Withdrawals are processed automatically once your available balance exceeds $50. If both conditions are met and your payout still hasn't been processed, please contact support — we'll be happy to assist.


Yes. If an interviewee is repeatedly rescheduling or misusing the flexibility of the booking system, you may cancel the session. Please contact support with a brief explanation so we can review the history and assist you. Repeated abuse may also lead to restrictions on the candidate's account.


Our ranking system considers the following factors (not exhaustive): • Ratings from seekers • Popularity • Responsiveness (ignoring booking requests negatively impacts your ranking; if you are unable to accept a booking, please decline it rather than let it expire) • Cancellation frequency (while we understand that life can be unpredictable, frequent cancellations will impact your ranking) As a platform, we are committed to fostering a trustworthy and high-quality community.
