In coding interviews, introducing some ambiguity in the questions is often intentional—it helps assess a candidate’s ability to communicate and ask clarifying questions. Additionally, we typically skip formal introductions in coding rounds to maximize the time you have to work through the problem.
I've conducted over 100 coding interviews, and this is the first time I’ve received feedback of this nature. That said, I believe the suggestions I shared for your improvement remain valuable.
